Complaint Procedures
- Submitting a Complaint. If you have a concern about our services, billing, communications, or professional conduct, please contact us in writing at Blue Valley Law at [INSERT ADDRESS] or via e-mail at SotiaK@bluevalleylaw.com. Please include your name, contact information, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or documents.
- Acknowledgment and Review. We will review your complaint promptly and, where appropriate, acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time. Your complaint will be directed to the appropriate attorney or firm representative for evaluation.
- Response. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your complaint and address the matter in a fair and professional manner. Response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.
- Confidentiality and Limitations. Submitting a complaint does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send highly sensitive or confidential information unless you are already a client and are using an approved communication method.
- External Rights. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to contact the appropriate attorney disciplinary authority, licensing body, or consumer protection agency in the jurisdiction where the matter arose.
